Manufacturer of Large-Scale ULT Freezer solutions
Built for pharmaceutical growth. Engineered for compliance.
Rethinking cold Storage at scale
We transform traditional freezer farms into a scalable, GMP-regulated ULT infrastructure.
We are experts in transforming traditional freezer farms into scalable, GMP-regulated ULT infrastructure that protects temperature-sensitive products and enables future manufacturing growth.
Today, more than 220 large-scale LOWENCO installations are operating worldwide, helping pharmaceutical manufacturers reduce facility footprint, lower operating costs and safeguard valuable products.
the LSSU
Our Large-Scale Storage Unit

LOWENCO's Large-Scale Storage Unit (LSSU) consolidates up to 42 upright ULT freezers into one energy-efficient solution, reducing facility footprint, lowering operating costs and protecting temperature-sensitive products with industry-leading temperature uniformity.
Built for manufacturers that need to scale safely and more sustainably.

Our concept is simple
Store more products on less floor space by implementing a large-scale ULT storage solution
Transform your space-consuming freezer farm into a compact and centralized solution that frees up to 75% of your valuable square meters.
The result is a cleaner layout, better operational control and a storage strategy designed for long-term expansion.
A large-scale Ultra-Low Temperature (ULT) freezer solution, such as the LOWENCO
LSSU, replaces traditional upright freezer farms with a modular and integrated solution .
It is engineered to maintain temperatures from +20°C to -80°C at scale, providing up to
4,800 kg/L of capacity in a compact footprint. These systems are designed for GMP
compliance, featuring N+1 redundancy and reducing overall energy consumption and
total cost of ownership compared to individual freezer units.
fully validated system with advanced HMI controls, providing over 150 proactive
alarms and a comprehensive GMP-compliant audit trail. The built-in N+1 redundancy
ensures that every critical component is duplicated, guaranteeing uninterrupted
operation and eliminating the risk of temperature deviations that could compromise
high-value temperature-sensitive products.
